Buying

Firstly register with us on our mailing list. You will then receive colour property sales details to review. Our stock of properties for sale can be viewed on line 24 hours a day. If you have a property to sell we would advise that you get us to conduct a free valuation for you and possibly put the property up for sale. Ensure you are happy with the area before you go ahead and make a viewing. Any offer you make will be put forward to the vendor and feedback given to you on the same day. Once a sale is agreed we can recommend an excellent local solicitor if you do not already have your own. We will try and make sure the sale goes through very quickly although you must be prepared for a wait of between 6 and 12 weeks on some occasions. The keys will be released to you once the solicitor has confirmed to us that the sale has been completed.
