With most of our student houses the rent includes all of the utility bills i.e. gas, electric, water. If the property you want to rent does not then please ask if you would prefer it this way.

Many of our best properties are let with no deposits. Be quick as these usually all go before Christmas!

Most of our competitors charge full rent for the whole year i.e. 52 weeks full rent. NJH properties are let with half summer rent. This means that over the year you will only pay 48 weeks rent. Please look at the example outlined below to see how much you can expect to save on a standard let with a Humphreys home.
